Supporting an international bus operator that won Singapore's first ever Bus Contracting Model in 2016 in their journey to become a part of our local community and culture.

Tower Transit was the first public transport operator to have a social media presence in Singapore.

We worked with them to humanise public transport workers, as well as to integrate local culture and customs into their overall communications strategy to position them as a member of the community.
