NTUC LearningHub is the largest course provider in Singapore, offering more than 500 courses directly to workers or through partnering employers.

We worked with them to complete their rebranding exercise and subsequently launched the new look - and most importantly, feel - internally and externally.

That Marketing Guy has proven to be a competent end-to-end creative agency in terms of strategy, conceptualisation and execution. I have worked with the team on several projects, including our brand visual identity development, the design of our environmental graphics, and most importantly, on our latest 360 degree campaign.

For the campaign, we had issued an Invitation to Pitch to various creative agencies in Singapore – competition was stiff, but TMG’s pitch was most outstanding and in line with the objectives of the campaign. They managed to impress our management team with their concepts and storyboarding, making them the winning agency. While we did face some challenges along the way in the execution phase, the team was on-the-ball, and we managed to overcome hurdles in many forms to deliver an impactful and memorable campaign. I am highly appreciative of my account manager Mashi, who has been highly responsive and driven to ensure the success of the campaign, and of Will, who has effectively led the team to drive both concept and media strategy.
