We developed a thought-provoking campaign which was hyper-targetted at undergraduates from NUS, NTU and SUTD.
This was done through strategic media placement, onsite activations and supported by social media efforts.
An integrated campaign across paid, earned and owned media
Wrapped inside and out, we decked out bus 96 in DSO's brand colours and got 14 DSO scientists to pose questions to the students who will be riding the bus, which traverses from Clementi to NUS. Interested candidates can browse our library of questions, answer them on a landing page for a chance to win a Hubsan drone.
One of the randomly selected winners actually started work at DSO a few months after our campaign.
We also designed and built a stunning career fair booth to bring our campaign experience into campuses.
Within 6 months of the campaign period:
TMG was appointed DSO's creative agency in 2017. This is to strategise, conceptualise and implement DSO's corporate and recruitment brand campaigns over the next three years. The scope of work is indeed very vast; ranging from the launch and content management of DSO's social media platform and main media engagement, to below and above the line advertising. TMG also revitalised DSO's corporate image with the delivery of a full brand guide and full suite corporate collaterals. The campaigns have been very well received by our stakeholders, in particular by DSO staff, with a renewed sense of pride.
This success could not have been achievable without TMG's creativity and dedication. Every client wants great work and reliability from their agency. You will not be disappointed with TMG who has an incredibly passionate team who pushes the boundaries to deliver above and beyond. Needless to say, TMG has been re-appointed to deliver their creative magic in DSO for 2018, and I believe for many years to come.
